It is situated in Illasi in the homonymous valley in the Soave and Valpolicella production zone. Thanks to the special composition of the soil and to the particular microclimate Illasi valley enjoys an excellent position for the wine production. The estate extension is of 5 hectares all cultivated on vineyard. All the grape varieties cultivated in the winery are autochthonous and used to produce Soave, Recioto di Soave, Valpolicella and Amarone della Valpolicella wines. Deep passion for the winemaker activity enlivens the owner of the farm, whose main purpose is to ensure the continuity of the tradition through the right valorization of the autochthonous vineyards and the strong link with the area.
The vineyards of the farm are mainly placed in two areas: the first one is in Località Paradiso, also the winery seat, where Garganega variety is cultivated for the production of Soave Doc and Recioto di Soave docg; the other area of cultivation is in Località Montecurto where there are red-berry varieties: Corvina, Rondinella, Croatina and Oseleta variety for the production of Valpolicella Superiore doc and Amarone della Valpolicella doc. The vineyard system for the Garganega grape variety is "pergola veronese" with vineyards 30 years old on average and density of 4,000 per hectare. Regarding the red-berry grape varieties the vineyard system is on Guyot with vineyards 10 years old on average and density 7,000 per hectare.
