"La Cidalca" Azienda Agricola of Stefano Venturini has been involving from generation and with a great passion in the art of the soil growing. Since 1911 the family Venturini has been working in the small farm in Castel of Valgatara. The company name comes from the fairy "Cidalca" who, according to the story told from the grandfather Massimo, lived in the wood near the native house. The company is located in the heart of Valpolicella Classica area and it has more than 9 ha, of which 6 ha are vineyards. The winery is on the west side of Masua mount in Marano di Valpolicella, with an altitude of about 250 a.s.l. Stefano is responsible for all the wine-making process: vine growing, drying of the own grapes, fermentation, ageing and bottling of the own wines.
