Our company, a family business and entirely in biological conversion, located a few kilometers from the center of Verona covers an area of 30 hectares. We grow vines and olives producing wines and natural oils of the highest quality. Here you will find the famous Valpolicella wines: Valpolicella DOC, Valpolicella Superiore DOC, Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG and Recioto DOCG. In addition to these, we also offer a Bianco IGT from black grapes, a Rosa IGT and a Rosso IGT, all our wines are spontaneously fermented, low content of sulphites and unfiltered, ferment and mature in wood with the exception of the rose wine. We also have a Classic Method from Corvina, a zero-dose "blanc de noire", aged for six months in terracotta amphorae and then bottled and left to rest for twenty-four months. In addition to the wine we also produce excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oils of superior quality: five monovarietals produced with native olives: Grignano, Favarol, Leccino, Trep and Compostara and two blends of which one certified by Veneto Valpolicella PDO. Within our new facility, we manufacture and sell our products. Upon reservation it is possible to organize tastings and company tours, visiting vineyards and olive groves surrounded by oak trees.
