The Manara winery was established in 1950 in San Floriano and the owners have been running it for three generations, maintaining local wine-making traditions with growing experience and passion. The progressive development and enlargement of the winery is due to the constant attention to the entire production process, from the vineyards to the marketing, always following a main goal: to obtain quality wines maintaining their typicality unchanged. The vineyards constituting the winery are situated in the hilly zone of the Valpolicella Classica, precisely in the localities of San Pietro in Cariano, Negrar and Marano di Valpolicella. Wine in produced respecting entirely the characteristics of the “terroir”, in order to create recognizable wines. This is why grapes from different harvest zones are vinified separately.
